“The last few months I got into this weird habit of doing something with my jaw (I don’t know whether it is a stress thing or just a bad habit). Now occasionally I do something and I can feel something kind of move inside my head (at the side). When I lie on that particular side at night I feel almost dizzy and really strange and I have no idea what it is. It's actually really worrying so I was wondering if you could tell me any possible things it may be.”

Have you ever heard of TMJ Syndrome? It sounds like your habit put stress on your jaw muscles. Your jaw joint (or Temporo Mandibular Joint) might be popping out of place. TMJ Syndrome can cause pinched nerves, so that might be the dizzy strange feeling you experience.
